Federico Planeta e Federico D'Onofrio gareggeranno come "Team Braga Santa Rita" nel settore GRAPPLING.
Gara valida per la qualificazione ai campionati regionali 2015/2016.

Federico Planeta and Federico D'Onofrio will compete for the "Team Braga Santa Rita" in the GRAPPLING category.
Competition valid for the qualification to the regional championship 2015/2016.
We'll wait for you on May 8, 2016 starting from 12.00 a.m. at the Palamirafiori in via Plava 66 (Turin).

La Città di Torino sta predisponendo il programma della Festa dello Sport per Torino 2015, che si svolgerà domenica 12 maggio 2013 dalle ore 10.00 alle ore 18.00, in diverse aree del capoluogo piemontese: in centro tra Piazza Castello, Via Roma, Piazza San Carlo, Piazza Carlo Alberto, al Parco del Valentino, a Parco Dora, negli impianti sportivi e nelle circoscrizioni.

The City of Turin is arranging the program of the Sport Celebrations for Turin 2015, that will take place Sunday the 12th May 2013 from 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. in different areas of the Piedmontese chief town: in the city center, in Piazza Castello, Via Roma, Piazza San Carlo, Piazza Carlo Alberto, to Valentino Park, to Dora Park, in the sport facilities and in the city districts.

The "Federico Planeta Martial Arts Group Organization" Academy will be present with its whole staff, in the smart and historical background of Piazza Castello, where you could assist and take part to the open lessons, held directly by Master Federico Planeta and personally test the efficiency of the Self-Defence and Martial Arts programs taught and practiced in the school.

The concept of SELF DEFENCE EVOLUTION starts where a good self-defence course has finished its function, putting the practioner in the middle of a face-to-face experience with the reality.

STAGE DI "BOXE E AFFINI" - "BOXE AND SIMILAR" STAGE

Lo stage è rivolto a tutti i praticanti di arti marziali e non, da intendersi come approfondimento e ampliamento del proprio bagaglio tecnico/culturale.

Lo stage tratterà: posizioni di guardia e meccaniche di movimento, tecniche e strategie pugilistiche, l'importanza dei PAO e dei FOCUS, teoria e pratica e il loro reale utilizzo. Inoltre si affronterà il lavoro pugilistico nel Krav Maga.

The stage is open to all martial arts practioners and not, has to be understood as deepening and expansion of one own technical knowledge/culture.

The stage will deal: guard positions and movement mechanisms, boxing techniques and strategies, the importance of the PAO and of the FOCUS, their theory and practice and their real use. In addition, we will deal the boxing work related to Krav Maga.

4-5 febbraio 2012 a San Vendemiano (TV) Stage Nazionale ASDO WBUF improntato sui nuovi stili di Difesa Personale, che vedrà la partecipazione di numerosi maestri di varie discipline orientali e non a livello nazionale, tra i quali il Maestro Federico Planeta con la sua Difesa Personale Reale da Strada.

On 4-5 February 2012 in San Vendemiano (TV) National Stage of ASDO WBUF based on new styles of Personal Defence, that will see the participation of many masters of various oriental and not disciplines at national level, among them Master Federico Planeta with his Real Street Personal Defence.
